Shipping

We ship our products via United States Postal Service and FEDEX we offer 2nd day Air. OUR products are made fresh, your order should arrive in 7-10 business days from order placement. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order unless you are ordering something custom quantities. Please allow 4-8 weeks for custom soap orders since handcrafted soaps, without surfactants and preservatives must dry for 4-5 weeks before we stock it for sale. We offer free shipping on orders, and free second day shipping on orders over $100 dollars.

Returns

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of the shipment date. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Products should be in excellent condition if returned, item used can not be exchanged or returned. Items must be returned with all original packaging intact. Please contact ANUVV @anuvvranwill@gmail.com to indicate reason and order number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For your protection we suggest that you insure your return we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Merchandise may be exchange or returned and sent to the following address:

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: Product samples, Custom or made to order products or Single items from a set.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If damage has occurred to the items in your shipment, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact ANUVV @anuvvranwill@gmail.com or 313-486-4980, within 3 business days of delivery. Please include the order confirmation number. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.
Cancellations
Please review all orders carefully before finalizing! We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Thank you!
